Auddia Announces Completion of LT350 Phase 1 Feasibility Study and Advancement to Phase 2/3 Engineering with Fresh Consulting

Phase 1 Validates LT350’s Canopy and Modular Cartridge Architecture Across All Engineering Domains

Engagement Expands to Full Design/Engineering and Pilot Ready Deployment

Timeline Supports Breaking Ground on First LT350 Canopy at Texas Hospital in Q3 2027

BOULDER, Colo., Oct. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Auddia Inc. (NASDAQ: AUUD) (“Auddia” or the “Company”), an AI-first technology company pursuing a merger that, if completed, would form McCarthy Finney, an AI-native operating company, today announced the successful completion of Phase 1 of the LT350 design and engineering program with Fresh Consulting, concluding a comprehensive feasibility study of LT350’s distributed AI datacenter canopy platform. The study evaluated all major components of the LT350 architecture, including structural design, modular GPU cartridges, battery storage integration, microgrid controls, and an in-depth thermal analysis of high density GPU environments.

The Phase 1 results confirmed a feasible and scalable engineering solution, enabling LT350 to advance into Phase 2/3, which encompasses full design, detailed engineering, and pilot ready fabrication. LT350 executed the Phase 2/3 engagement last week, marking a major milestone in the Company’s path toward deploying its first operational canopy.

The completion of Phase 1 marks the next step in LT350’s engineering program with Fresh Consulting, first announced in June 2026. With the feasibility assessment of its patented canopy and modular cartridge architecture now complete, the program has advanced into detailed engineering and pilot preparation, bringing LT350 closer to its first planned deployment.

Phase 1 Feasibility Results

During Phase 1, Fresh Consulting conducted a multi-disciplinary engineering review of LT350’s patented canopy and cartridge architecture. The feasibility study included:

  • Structural engineering validation of the canopy platform and column footer design
  • Thermal modeling and analysis of GPU cartridge heat loads and zero-water liquid cooling performance
  • Electrical and microgrid feasibility including inverter systems, battery integration, and utility coordination
  • Cartridge modularity and manufacturability assessments
  • Deployment sequencing and site-readiness modeling

The study concluded that LT350’s distributed canopy architecture is technically feasible, scalable, and capable of supporting high-density inference workloads in a distributed, parking-lot-based datacenter environment.

Advancement to Phase 2/3 Engineering

With feasibility confirmation, LT350 and Fresh Consulting have entered Phase 2/3, which includes:

  • Final pilot stage canopy and cartridge design
  • Detailed engineering and pilot fabrication planning
  • Thermal system optimization
  • Electrical and microgrid integration engineering
  • Site-specific engineering for the first pilot canopy
  • Manufacturing preparation for modular cartridge production

This phase is designed to deliver a pilot ready engineering package, enabling LT350 to move directly into fabrication and site deployment.

Pilot Timeline: Breaking Ground in Q3 2027

The Phase 2/3 timeline supports breaking ground on LT350’s first operational canopy at a hospital in Texas in Q3 of next year, representing the Company’s first deployment of its distributed AI datacenter platform in a mission critical healthcare environment.

“We are extremely pleased with the results of the Phase 1 feasibility study,” said Jeff Thramann, CEO of Auddia and Founder of LT350. “Fresh Consulting validated the core engineering assumptions behind LT350 and delivered a clear path into full design and pilot deployment. Advancing into Phase 2/3 is a major milestone for LT350 and positions us to break ground on our first canopy next year.”

About the Merger to form McCarthy Finney (MCFN)

Auddia entered into a definitive merger agreement with Thramann Holdings, LLC on February 17, 2026. If completed, the transaction would combine Auddia with three early stage, AI-native operating companies wholly owned by Thramann Holdings: LT350, Influence Healthcare, and Voyex. The combined company would be renamed McCarthy Finney Inc. and is expected to trade under the ticker MCFN, subject to applicable approvals and listing requirements. McCarthy Finney would operate as an AI holding company supporting LT350, Influence Healthcare, Voyex, and Auddia with AI and Web3 capabilities.

  • LT350 is a distributed AI datacenter company with 14 issued patents and 3 pending patent applications covering its proprietary solar parking lot canopy infrastructure platform. The platform integrates modular battery storage and GPU cartridges into the canopy ceiling to convert the airspace of underutilized parking areas into distributed AI datacenters. LT350 aims to build a secure, low latency, cost effective, and rapidly deployable edge network while supporting local power infrastructure resilience.

  • Influence Healthcare is a healthtech company leveraging AI, blockchain, and vertical integration to empower surgeons to drive adoption of value based care (VBC) to the surgical specialties. The Company’s mission is to leverage technology and value based enterprises (VBEs) to build an alternative healthcare system that minimizes the corporate practice of medicine, eliminates administrative waste, and enhances the autonomy and pay of health care providers to empower them to improve quality and return the patient physician relationship to the center of medicine.

  • Voyex is a travel services platform that leverages agentic AI, an integrated fintech platform, and utilization of charter and private jet aircraft to significantly improve the travel experience. The Company aims to alleviate the leading pain points for travelers of lengthy flight delays and cancellations.
